    Hello,

    I need to update Enfold 2.4.5 because the page builder does not show and the default editor neither.

    So, I updated WP to the latest version, 4.2, then got the latest Enfold version from my Envato account, 3.1.3 and uploaded into the themes/enfold3 temporary folder.

    Then tried 3 different ways to upgrade the theme:

    1. Switching WP theme from ld enfold to new enfold3
    2. Rename /enfold to /enfold-old and rename /enfold3 to /enfold in order the site to use new theme files.
    3. I also tried to install the latest version of the them from the WP ADD THEME menu, but the install failed…

    None of the 3 ways worked, the site is only seen with my 2.4.5 old version, but that version does not seem to be compatible with WP 4.2. I hope you can help.

    Hi nachogfa!

    As far as I can see in Appearance–>Themes you have the latest version of the theme there but it’s not active, what happens if you activate the theme?

    Hey!

    Have you made any changes on theme files? If not, can you please upload the latest version of enfold.zip file to your server and tell us where so we can try updating the theme for you?
