    I can not log in to get technical help
    When I put “forgot my password” and an email is sent to reset the password.
    it only gives me an option to reset my WordPress password, not for Kreise.at home page login.

    Hi,

    The link works fine on my end, I’m not sure how you are managing to get an error page from it. Maybe you could try searching how to find the purchase code yourself? https://www.google.com/search?q=themeforest+purchase+code&oq=themeforest+pur&aqs=chrome.0.69i59j69i60j69i57j69i60l2j0.3959j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

    You will need the purchase code to register on the support forum.
