    ….. I am actually log in with my user “enfold”, and the purchase code=
    is the right purchase code.

    Dont know how to do, please could you assist me?

    It looks like you are logged in already, if you go here, then navigate to the subforum of your choice, you will see a big blue button on the top where you can start a new thread. If you can’t find it then please post admin login details here so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and open a new ticket for technical support.
