    I have noticed you are dealing with this one regularly. Just like everyone else when attempting to save within the theme panel I receive the, “Saving didn’t work…” message.

    I have deactivated plugins, checked permissions and tried other thoughts found by users and moderators.

    After updating the theme I also lost the mobile menu.

    I have provided login and ftp credentials if necessary.

    Any time or attention on this is appreciated.

    Hey socialmediaKP,

    Sorry for the problem. I get the same error on my end and I see that the server is responding with a 406 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why the server is responding like that please?

    Hi Rikard,

    The hosting company mentioned, “You can inform them that the rule of the mod security from the error is globally blacklisted which we cannot white list.”

    They were not able to help. I may have to switch themes but do not want to. I will do a bit more research to see what I can find. If you can think of Anything please let me know.

    Hi Antonio,

    We cannot do anything about it, it’s the WordPress function and WordPress relies heavily on it. What is your hosting provider?
