Can not register, no contact form for manual registration

We bought a new license yesterday.

Registering at the support forum seemed to be okay, but no mail was received with the password. Tried it two times and also tried by requesting a new password through the login form, Did not receive any mails, also checked the spam folder.

The link for manual registration goes to a page with only a form for pre sales questions, so that’s why I’m using this form.
