Can not Register, Can not get API token with Envato to work, Can not get update to theme

I am finally taking some time out to follow up and fix why our theme will not update. I would post this to the forms, but I can not register, thus I can not use the forms to ask questions.
1.) My Theme was bought by using a developer’s account.

I do not seem to have a Purchase code, but this was over 10 years ago. about three years ago we were able to do an update from 3.2 to 4.8.1 but with this new Envato API Token We followed these instructions to the letter, except This did not work and gave us this with our registered token of {nu2UTSZ3XPDAA0YVP8Ondrw7dLnYSh2Sm} We get a green box that said the token is valid, but we get this text in a black box under the token

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

Following errors occurred:

Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:

I also found that your instructions did not include what to put as a conformation URL is this our site, your site, or Envato site… I could not find anywhere that told me what to put in this spot.
