I am using version 4.6.1, and I installed Enfold using filezilla no issue there however now when I try to edit a page I can not. A new tab opens however it just stays white and doesn’t allow me to edit anything. I don’t have any plugs in installed at this time as I removed them as a first thing with trouble shooting. I have also reinstalled this theme more than once and it’s not correcting the issue. I have also used both firefox and chrome to make sure it’s not an issue with the browser. I only tried to edit the About page and that resulted in a 500 internal server error, I think if you contact your hosting provider they would be able to give you more information on that. Not sure if you have any important content to the site? If not I would try simply deleting everything and starting over.

BasilisOctober 23, 2016 at 2:13 am #702893So they fixed that issue, I did have to reinstall the theme and almost everything seems to be working I would like to use the Import: Health Demo however when I choose it I get the Import: Startup Business Demo. This was working fine when I was getting the 505 error. Any ideas ?

If I re-download them from the themeforest will it be the newest one or will that just give me the same version as when I purchased?

If you go to ThemeForest and download the theme again using your account, it will be the latest version. Try updating the theme manually via FTP : http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
