I have several galleries on my page that I would like to add and change photos on, but it no longer lets me. I press the add button and nothing happens. I have read that I need to uninstall all my plugins, but I will have to redo all my forms and payment pages. How can I fix this?

Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.4.7. It could be a plugin so I would try deactivating all of your plugins to see what happens. If you just deactivate them instead of uninstalling them then your content should still be ok but I would contact the plugin authors to be sure.

ElliottI have the latest version, and nothing changes when I deactivate the plugins. Is there way to debug the problem? Or am I just out of luck with this plugin if its what is causing the issue? I will find another plugin if I need to, I just want to try all other options before I delete it and start over.

IsmaelWell now that I try it on my home computer it works, just not my work computer…Any reason why that might be happening? Problem with the browser or something you think? I’ll just bring my home computer to work today I guess. Thanks!
