I have two questions.
I currently use the animated countdown timer for our live stream event that streams every Sunday at 10 am and 6 pm.
Question 1: After the countdown ends, it turns into a black space. Is there any way I can replace that space with a simple text there that says “Now Live”?Question 2: Once the countdown ends, I have to manually reset the timer for the next event. Is there anyway I can have the timer reset itself for these two events? I just need it for this countdown for repeat every Sunday service at 10am and 6pm.
If this is not possible with the animated countdown, how can I get a simple animated countdown that can be used for reoccurring event?

That would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.
Or as an alternative I found a plugin which looks like it can display a text when the countdown is reached, https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-timer/.
