Hi,
a few days ago, after installing Enfold, I started developing a new website. Since I haven’t installed any child theme, I would like to know if I can update it. If so, which procedure should I follow in order not to lose any file?
Also, I am having some problems adding the Google Maps API. I always get an error (it is typed correctly, it has no restrictions and it doesn’t work even if I deactivate all of the plugins). At the moment the only way to embed a map is to use the iframe.Thanks
Hey Simo,
You can update the theme if you haven’t made any changes to any of the core theme files? I would recommend that you use a child theme in any case. Please make sure that your site is backed up properly before you update though.
Maps problem; please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.

Thanks for the feedback. So you are using localhost only? If not then you can post login details for the site in private so that we can have a closer look. If you are only working locally; are you seeing any error messages in the console if you select to inspect the page in question?

Thanks for the details. As far as I can see, the Google Maps element is working on your contact page. If that is not the case on your end then please try to check in a different browser.
Breadcrumbs; what exactly is not working and where can we see the problem?
