Hi there,
I am wondering how to get someone to help with my site being down.
Is there a reason my post has been ignored?
Is there something better I could describe in order to get some assistance.
I would really appreciate if someone from the team could reply to me.I can log into the Admin area, but the site will not load aside from this.
Can someone please look at this and tell me what is wrong?
Running the up to date version of WordPress and Enfold.
Many thanks!- This topic was modified 5 years, 10 months ago by Amajjika.

Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for the login. I was able to get your site back online by deactivating your plugins.
You had the 500 error until I deactivated the CloudFlare Flexible SSL plugin which allowed the source code of the page to load but you still couldn’t see the page visually, until I deactivated the many woocommerce plugins at which time the site began working again.
Please try activating your plugins one at a time to find the one causing the issue.
I did reactivate your maintenance plugin, but it seems it’s settings show the maintenance page to logged in users also, so you will need to deactivate to see your site.Best regards,

Thank you for the reply.
When I switch to a different theme, the site works and loads as it should.
Does this not mean that the issue lies in a conflict with your theme?
It was working perfectly fine until the update to the new version.
Surely there has to be a better way to troubleshot this?
ThankJanuary 9, 2019 at 5:39 am #1051577OK…Can you try to see what is happening after the Woo Commerce plugin is activated.
Once I switch this back on, the site does not load – so it appears that this is the cause of the breakdown.
There is a debug file in the WooCommerce<Status<Log which may help.Again, the site does load when switched tot the generic theme – so really keen for you to help me resolve this.
Thanks again.January 9, 2019 at 6:51 am #1051591Hi,
I believe that the error is from your PHP time limit, which is 30 seconds, which seems too short, please ask your webhost to increase it, most sites have no limit. There are a few different ways to do this but it depends on your server, I recommend not doing this yourself.Best regards,

The server PHP limit has been increased to 300 seconds but it is not affecting the way the theme is loading when Woo Commerce is turned on.
Can you continue to help me troubleshoot this please?
Thank youJanuary 9, 2019 at 8:58 am #1051644Hi Mike,
It seems that after some propagation (possibly), that the site is loading now as it should do.
Thank you for your assistance in this.
