Hi
I’m having trouble with Enfold adjusting my homepage, specifically the space between the slider and the next section, I was thinking that this may be due to the slider puling I’m using (Smart Slider), after having to deactivate the bundled one. I’d love to for my site to look like this
http://bodyworxhealthcare.co.nz/ but this one is using a previous version, my question is, can I get a previous version of the theme while you fix the slider issue? Would that work ok? ThanksMay 6, 2017 at 11:45 pm #788978Hey manuelmoran,
While we don’t recommend using an older version due to security risks, we could help, which version would you want?Best regards,
MikeMay 7, 2017 at 1:02 am #788988Thanks, I’d like to try the last one known to work with the Layer slider plugin, I know I will update once you get the issue resolved. thanks

You mentioned a space between the slider and the next section, but I am not seeing this space, may you provide us some screenshot, please?

May 9, 2017 at 12:50 am #789915By the way, my host is Godaddy and is running php 5.2, it will let me upgrade up to 5.4,, would this resolve the LayderSlider issue?
May 9, 2017 at 2:40 am #789936May 9, 2017 at 5:46 pm #790479Thanks Mike, the thing is, when you do that, the mobile version moves all the little images all over the slider. So, again, would it possible to use an older version with a working slider, or as I mentioned in altest post, if I update my php to 5.4 in godaddy, will that solve the bundled slider problem? thanks
May 9, 2017 at 6:38 pm #790503Hey!
I’m still not sure what issues you were having with the slider, or why you can’t use the most current version of Enfold. The mobile view can be fixed with css if you like.

MikeMay 9, 2017 at 8:05 pm #790549Ok, I got the issue detailed here by you guys, where upon installation I got an error
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/please-read-regarding-wordfence-layerslider-warning-on-enfold-4-0-3/
I was left unable to access my site other than ftp. So searching though these forums i found the function edit that allows us to access the installation and work on the site. So I was left without a slider, buat able to do my job. Now I see that with Smart Slider plugin I get the errors that I have mentioned, the space between images, etc. I also would like to use the slider animation, that was one of the features that got me buying this theme. So again, for the third time, can I install a previous version where everything actually works? If I update to php 5.4 will the error described in your previous post be fixed?
In a nutshell, how can I use LayerSlider?
Thanks
May 9, 2017 at 9:50 pm #790628Hi,
You need to update from php 5.4 to php 5.6+ or even better php 7+
That would solve all of your issues for sure.Let us know if there is anything else for us
Best regards,
BasilisMay 9, 2017 at 11:43 pm #790689Currently I have 5.2 and Goddady will only let me go up to 5.4, so I’m guessing this won’t solve my problems? Than, Can I have access to an older version of the theme, please, one that runs on 5.4? thanks
