August 15, 2015 at 11:11 pm #488311Hi, I’d like to create a page on my website with lots of photos that people can download if they want. I have one now on Flickr.com, but want to keep people on my site. Can I do this with any of your portfolio or other Enfold options? I haven’t used a portfolio yet. Here’s a link to my flickr in case that helps. https://www.flickr.com/photos/dominique-hurley/albums/72157640421822374
Thanks.August 17, 2015 at 11:36 am #488785Hi dominiquehurley! You can add a button element to your page/portfolio and direct link it to your image. Regards,
YigitAugust 17, 2015 at 12:19 pm #488829Thanks Yigit. Could you explain a little further or provide an example please? I know how to create a button, but not sure where I would direct it. Also, would this mean adding 200 buttons if there are 200 photos in that portfolio? Question 2: If I decide I want them to share on social media instead of download, is there a function for that or does that require outside programming? Thanks. August 18, 2015 at 10:27 am #489348Hi! 1.) you can direct buttons to the download page of you photos of course. Yes, for 200 photos you would need to implement 200 downloads(-buttons). However, I think you might want to search a plugin for this special functions you need. 2.) You can use social share buttons (content elements) of ALB. Regards,
AndyAugust 18, 2015 at 11:50 pm #489762Thank you. August 18, 2015 at 11:57 pm #489765Hi again, I tried adding in Content shortcodes the share to a photo by selecting the photo and going to Shortcode share, but it deleted the photo and replaced it with code. Could you give me a step by step of how to share a photo (not a whole blog post). I would want to have the icons for all 200 photos of this hypothetical portfolio I haven’t built yet (instead of download). Thanks. August 20, 2015 at 1:33 pm #490750Hey! there is no special function for this in the theme. There are lots of plugins out there for this kind of share function. You need to search one by your own. Cheers!
 AndyNovember 7, 2015 at 11:48 pm #531947Thank you. Resolved.
