Can I backup enfold theme settings while not having the theme active?

I am somewhat in the same situation as described in this thread “https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-version-required/”

On my website, I have Enfold Version: 4.5.1.
It was installed by a web designer, but I don’t have contact with her anymore.
But now the theme gives an error message when it is active, and I can’t even access the admin site while the theme is active.

I bought the theme for myself and would like to follow the guide given in “https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-version-required/”
However, I cannot get past the second part of “backing up the enfold theme settings”

I honestly don’t even know if there are any theme settings that was made specially by the web-designer, so I would like to back it up to be sure.
But if I switch to the enfold theme, then when I try to backup the theme settings, it gives a giant error message. (I can insert this if needed, but it is long)
So; Is there any way to backup the enfold theme settings while not having the theme active? and is it even necessary for me to back it up?

The site was set up with “enfold” and “enfold child” btw.
