Hello,
I would like to know if erasing directories for modules I won´t use (like Woo Commerce, and bbpress) I can improve somehow my page load speed.
Any other tip to reach higher speed for relatively simple websites?

That would have no effect on page load speed. There are many many many tutorials online for speeding up WordPress installations so pick one and dive in :)
Some of the quick answers are typically use smaller image sizes, use a caching plugin and minify making sure you are on the best hosting plan you can afford (with a good server behind it).
