is it possible to install a “call me” button with customer phone number to call straight via smartphone by touching the button?

You can do this with a link like so.
<a tel = "+1234567890">Call me</a>You can do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, to add a widget area to your header and then drag a text widget to it so you can add custom HTML to display in your header.
