Hello,
My site is hosted on Godaddy’s Managed WordPress Hosting. There is a caching issue with Enfold and Safari on mobile devices. I’ve called godaddy and spoke to an admin about this and there is nothing they can do themselves and suggested talking to you.
Hoping we can fix this soon! Thanks in advance.
I’ve attached a link below:
November 3, 2015 at 5:34 am #528990Hey icebox10,
Not sure I understand what you mean by that, what issue is caused by caching? The theme itself is not caching anything, what did your host say was the problem?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2015 at 3:10 pm #529306Not sure if it’s a caching issue … not sure why this is happening exactly – godaddy said it’s something to be fixed on the theme side. The issue is happening specifically on mobile devices – on Safari. Did you see the link I posted with the image?
November 3, 2015 at 3:14 pm #529314Hi!
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Can you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 3.3.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
YigitNovember 3, 2015 at 4:03 pm #529373I Just updated it, Not sure if it’s still going on because I Had cleared my cache which temporary fixes the issues.
Also, I noticed before and after the update that on the mobile menu there are little play signs to the left of each menu item… what is that?
November 3, 2015 at 4:07 pm #529382Hi!
please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
#mobile-advanced li > a:before, .html_header_mobile_behavior #mobile-advanced span > a:before, #mobile-advanced .mega_menu_title:before { content: "\25BA"; }
Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.
Cheers!
YigitNovember 3, 2015 at 6:13 pm #529537Thanks! I will try it out – What does that code fix?

I was not able to reproduce it on my end but now i can. Can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately?
Also, do we have your permission to deactivate active plugins for testing purposes?Regards,
YigitNovember 3, 2015 at 6:40 pm #529561You do see the issue?
See below – this has happened to a couple other sites – same issues.
Yes you can deactivate plugins – but please activate afterwards.
