    Hi,
    one of our customers is using bynder.com to manage their media.
    Bynder offers a plug-in for WordPress, unfortunately the image selection does not work via the ALB.
    Do you have any experiences with the plugin? Maybe you can help us to get the plugin to work with the ALB.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    It seems like Bynder only offers WP plugin to their customers only as I could not find it in WP plugin repository. Could you please post a link of the page where we can see the issue? :)

    Hi Yigit,
    thanks for the reply.

    Bynder is offering remote access to their library from the media library of wordpress classic editor.
    When using the media library from withing avia layout builder the menu list at the left side ist not visible and we can’t select a different library.

    Can this be changed or is it only working this way for the ALB?

    We also facing the same problem with other remote librarys like Vimeo.

    Hope you can help us to figure out how we can enable this for ALB.

    Hey Sebastian,

    Now I understand the issue, thanks!
    Could you please contact plugin authors and ask them what could be causing the issue? We do not have any experience with the plugin and I am pretty sure they had similar issues with other themes in the past so they should be able to give more insight :)

    Hi Yigit,

    we are in contact with the author to develope a custom solution for the integration

    But what can we do about the the missing action bar in the media library popup? This is not related to any other plugin.

    Hi Sebastian,

    The developers of the plugin might know why the bar is missing as well. Like Yigit pointed out, we have no experience with the plugin, and the theme has no official compatibility for it. Please try to get help from the plugin developer first, and if you should need further help from us after that, then we can try to help you out.

    Hi Rikkard,

    the bar is no part of the plugin but we solved it by our own. It was disabled through enfold backend stylesheet. Also some customization work of some theme files was required to show the remote library in the bar.
