    Hi guys,

    I would like to know if there is a way to send an email with a prefilled form and open a link to a website in a new page by clicking on a button.

    To explain it better:
    I have a form with 2 fields and a button, I would like that when I press the button of the form, an email with the filled field is sent to the recipient plus, the button will also open a new page on a different website.

    How can I achieve that?

    Hey Marco,

    I’m not sure if that is possible, and there’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Creating such a function would be considered out of scope of theme support.

    Ok I see,
    Can you help me instead with something else?

    The principle is the same, I need to use a search box to search rooms. How can I create a search box that it is connected via APIs to another website?

    For example, I have 3 fields, city, type of room and button search. When users click on search they will be redirected to the estate agency website showing the rooms as per the city and type selected in the search box on my website. Can you please point me out?

    i was told that I can be provide the APIs to do that but I have no idea how all this works.

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for the update, but there is nothing like that in the theme by default either. You would have to create custom functionality using either third party code or a plugin.
