January 21, 2018 at 7:15 am #900275Hi, Thanks for that, you are using an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2018 at 7:19 am #900277as I said earlier PS I tried to update Enfold earlier today – it took 10 mins or so in maintenance mode – but does not seem to have updated I will try again now January 21, 2018 at 8:40 am #900307Hi, Thanks for the feedback, if you can’t get it to work from the WordPress backend, then please try to update manually via FTP. You will find an instructional video on the link I sent if you don’t know how to do that. Best regards,
RikardJanuary 22, 2018 at 10:21 pm #900998ok that fixed it is there any reason why the update within WP/browser does not work? January 22, 2018 at 10:41 pm #901005Hi, If you are running an older version of php this may cause an issue with updating via the back-end. Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJanuary 23, 2018 at 3:59 am #901115ok – I was running 7.0 – have updated to 7.1 now anyhow on another point – with the same site the images in the full page slider don’t work on mobile the screen options are set for it to display on all if I lod the site in my desktop browser and re-size the browser the images are okm but on a mobile it seems that the images ate displaying – but not re-sizing to the screen size (see new login info below) January 25, 2018 at 5:34 am #902538Hi, Please add another full width slider and use the same images. Use the “Screen Options” to toggle the visibility of the sliders. Set the new slider to display on mobile view only. Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 25, 2018 at 11:41 pm #903093nope – that didn’t work I have added an extra full width slider
changed screen options so the top one only shows on phone screens
changed screen options so the bottom one show on all screen except phoneI added an additional image the top one just to check the correct ones were loading – they are but it appears the images are not resizing to the smaller screen January 26, 2018 at 12:59 pm #903355Hi, I have added an extra full width slider Please use the “Fullscreen Slider”, not “Fullwidth Slider”. The full screen slider will have more space compare to the full width slider on mobile view. Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 28, 2018 at 1:42 am #903831ok that worked – thanks January 29, 2018 at 6:22 am #904069Hi smarta-brett, Glad you got it working for you! :) If you need further assistance please let us know. Best regards,
