    Hi Kriesi Support

Yesterday, I exchanged a license for a client website and updated the thme to the latest version. Now the button get tickets is not active any more on desktop. On mobile it works fine. Before I used version 5.0.1 and it worked fine. Below you will find an exemple of the get tickets button. I checked the error log and found php warnings, which I put in the private Content box.

The button is on the following page and is only active if a user is logged in:

    https://www.schoeb-events.ch/en/event/lindt-home-of-chocolate-flip-lab-2/

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

    Best regards
    Beatrice

    Hey Baby-Bea,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. It works as expected when logged in, and the left button says “Login to purchase” when logged out. Are you sure that there isn’t a setting which would enable logged out users to purchase as well? I’m pretty sure that this is not a theme problem, you can verify that by activating a different theme and check the behaviour after that.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

Thank you for your answer. The problem is that the get tickes button does not work on a desktop computer when a user is logged in. On my computer and the clients computer it does not work as expected.

Can you please verify this once more?

We do not want logged out users to book.

    Best regards
    Beatrice

    Hi Beatrice,

Thanks for the update, I do see that nothing happens when actually clicking it even when logged in on my end as well. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes for example?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

I have moved the site to a staging site and have activated the Tweny Tweny one Theme and I can do a booking on a desktop computer with no issues.

    Best regards
    Beatrice

    Hi,

    The following suggestion might help.

    // https://kriesi.at/support/topic/issue-with-adding-tickets-to-cart-enfold-eventcalendar-ticket-woocommerce/#post-1371625

Can we get access (WP and FTP) to the staging site?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
