On the following page http://website.igolfinstructor.com/?page_id=2340 when hover over “Book online” and “improve your game” it doesn’t show the arrow like with the other buttons. The strange part is that the HTML code exactly the same is as the one that do work.
How are we able to solve this?

The html code it’s not the same hence you are getting different results, try to recreate or check the 1st ( Easily register ) which is the one that does what you are after.
