Hi, i just changed the background color of my Footer section and when I refreshed the page both the Button Color and Table Background Color in all sections has changed to Black. I can’t figure out how to undo this or change to my desired color. Can you please advise. Thank you.
Website in question is http://www.techeasepdx.com
thank you.November 19, 2017 at 8:52 am #878721Hey theonlykieran,
I’m not sure exactly what you mean, could you try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot of what you would like to change please?
Best regards,

November 23, 2017 at 8:38 pm #880929Hi,
It looks like you have the correct colors when I pull your site up. Were you able to get this corrected?

Jordan ShannonNovember 28, 2017 at 1:47 am #882440I was able to work around the issue by styling them explicitly using CSS, but I’m still wanting to know how to change their colors the default way (using colors selectors on theme admin page), rather than having to do it with CSS. Thanks

Unfortunately the css may be the only way to achieve this. The color selections are generally for accent colors. To do further customization, you would still need a bit of css.

Jordan ShannonNovember 28, 2017 at 6:52 pm #882823I think we are having a misunderstanding. When you initialize a new installation of Enfold theme with no customization, buttons and pricing tables are blue, I think. Are you saying the only way to change their color is through CSS?
I don’t believe that is true because I did something…i’m not sure what– i think I changed an unrelated color on the Alternative Color configuration page, and all of a sudden all of my buttons and pricing tables were black. I tried everything but could not figure out how to affect those colors using color pickers in theme configuration admin page.
I’m of the belief that there is a color picker somewhere, or somehow, that allows you to configure color of buttons and pricing tables without having to use CSS.
If you say I just need to use CSS again I will let this issue drop, just seems weird that something happened and then all of a sudden I have to use CSS to do what previously was happening fine on its own.
thanks so much!
November 28, 2017 at 7:01 pm #882832Hi,
I am meaning that in order to target specific elements, for example your table button, or form button, or a button that may be in a footer, would require css. The color pickers are for global styling. The more specific you need to get is when css comes into play.

November 28, 2017 at 7:13 pm #882839Hi,
You want all buttons site wide to be one single style and color?

November 28, 2017 at 7:25 pm #882846Hi,
One thing that can be tried is if you are running custom css on the site at all, is to make sure everything is formatted correctly with zero errors. In some cases this prevents Enfold Options styling from taking effect.
