Hello, we want to have the menu displayed as a burger icon, but when it slides out, – to look normal like it does on a text menu.

Also, is it possible in Enfold to make the top image background slide over the content, like on this page?

You would need a 3rd party menu plugin and for the top image slide over task, I am afraid you would need to hire a freelance developer as such customization would be out of the scope of our support.
