Hello,
Thank you for providing the great theme.I am using the Enfold Child (4.1.2) with WordPress 4.8.1 – ja.
My site is using “Conditional Menus Plugin (https://ja.wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/)” to display a different global menu at different pages.
If not burger menu, global menu works well such as the following.
“A” Page -> X menu (Enfold Child Main Menu)
“B” Page -> Y menuHowever, if burger menu, global menu does not work well.
“A” Page -> X menu (Enfold Child Main Menu)
“B” Page -> nothing display.Actually, I have tried to use “Zen Menu Logic Plugin (https://ja.wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/)” after uninstall “Conditional Menus Plugin.”
However, it was same result. Now, temporally, I installed “ShiftNav – Responsive Mobile Menu Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/shiftnav-responsive-mobile-menu/)”.
My site’s conditional burger menu is displayed by ShiftNav. It works well.I prefer to use the Enfold’s Burger menu.
If you know how to resolve it, could you help me, please?Thank you
KmotoyamaAugust 10, 2017 at 7:22 pm #837126Excellent workaround! I have the exact same issue and have taken the exact same steps regarding Conditional Menus and Zen Menu Logic. It’s a nice band-aid, but, like you, I’d like to see this issue get resolved by the theme developers. There are too many people having this same issue, and I’ve had my project on hold due to the disappearance of my custom menus. It’s costing me $$$ at this point since I can’t launch the site. No menus is a deal breaker.

KmotoyamaAugust 13, 2017 at 4:49 am #838116Hi all. I have the exact same issue and I’m glad to hear the Enfold team is on it! Can anyone talk me through the steps they took to get ShiftNav to work? I too have tried both Conditional Menus and Zen Menu Logic. Thanks!
August 13, 2017 at 1:47 pm #838222HI, moniot,
What I have done is the following.
1. Install Conditional Menus.
2. Install ShiftNav.
3. Go to Dashboard->Appearance->menu-> manage locations
4. Set the Conditional Menu.
Enfold Main Menu: You can assign the menu for not burger menu.
Shift Nav Menu: You can assign the menu for burger menu.
5. Go to Dashboard->Appearance->ShiftNav.
6. Set the value as you like.
***recomendation***
1)Toggle Bar->Toggle Breakpoint->990 or 768 ( This should be the same value of “Menu Items for mobile”. You can find the “Menu Items for mobile” = Enfold->Main Menu->General->Menu Items for mobile)
2)Toggle Bar->Hide Theme Menu. Insert the below. It will make Enfold’s burger menu to be disable.
.av-burger-menu-mainThe above setting is what I have done. I hope it will help you.

August 21, 2017 at 1:36 pm #841991Hi Olivier,
Have you seen a solution from Gunter here?
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaAugust 23, 2017 at 3:18 pm #843062Hi Victoria,
Yes i’ve seen Günter’s solution. Did the RAW .js copy , replaced the original with the copy and… it didn’t help.
I’m updating Enfold automatically and running 4.1.2 as Günter suggested. I’ve tried Shift nav but that solution is very very ugly.
Can you please help me out?Regards, Olivier
August 23, 2017 at 4:07 pm #843121Hi Olivier,
Do you want us to look at the version you have with ShiftNav? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 23, 2017 at 4:20 pm #843136Hi Victoria,
I tried to get Conditional Menu up and running, the way Günter told. I allready deleted ShiftNav because the outcome was unaccaptable ugly. My question to you (or Günter) is why his solution don’t work at my website…
Looking at my site won’t help you a lot cause I deactivate Conditional Menu for now.Best regards, Olivier
August 25, 2017 at 6:08 pm #844096Hello
Günter’s solution is working perfect for me.
1.Deleted ShiftNav
2.Keep active “Conditional Menu” (nothing changed)
3.Get the update file enfold\functions-enfold.php.(according to the below link)
4.Replace the current file to update file (enfold\functions-enfold.php)
That’s all,https://kriesi.at/support/topic/zen-menu-logic-not-working-with-new-enfold-mobile-menu/#post-843382
Please share to others who have same issue. It may help.
Thank you
