    Help! The Revolution Slider that came with my purchase of the enfold theme is having more and more problems displaying text correctly.

    Most of the text styles don’t work any longer. The only text styles that do seem to work even a little bit are:

    • big_white (correct size, but incorrect font),
    • medium_bright(font and size correct),
    • semitransparent_black_medium (transparent box displays, and line breaks displayed, but incorrect font), and
    • small_text_black/grey/white (correct size, incorrect font).

    Can you help me fix this?

    Hi Nana!

    LayerSlider plugin comes bundled with Enfold, not Revolution slider. Please post the link to your website so we can look into it

    Hi Yigit,

    That’s so weird; I could have sworn Revolution Slider came with Enfold when I purchased it for Pottery Northwest back in Jan 2014.

    Our website is potterynorthwest.org

    Not sure you’re going to see the problems I’ve described though because once I saw them I stopped using that style for that slide.

    Hi Yigit,

    I created a test page showing some of the Revolution Slider problems.

    The first slide is supposed to be showing the text as big_black.
    The second is supposed to be medium_black.
    The third slide is supposed to be semitransparent black.

    These are just three of the most obvious nonworking styles. They displayed somewhat correctly in the layout screen, but not at all on the ‘preview’ screen and not well in the actual published pages. The problem exists in chrome, explorer, safari, and mozilla.

    I’d appreciate any help you can provide.

    In any case i suggest first updating RevSlider to its latest version (4.6), also try contacting ThemePunch support here.

    Yeah! Clearing the browser caches seems to have fixed the issue for me.
