October 1, 2015 at 6:25 pm #512340Hey richardelectrix!
Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.3.2, and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.
If that does not help then send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.

It’s not showing on desktop either. How did you install font awesome?

IsmaelOctober 5, 2015 at 7:56 am #513516On a desktop you can see where the icons are supposed to go but the icon is not pulling in.
I used some instructions from a moderator to add some code to the child functions php.
I am not convinced it worked.

October 7, 2015 at 5:24 am #514904Hi,
We can’t give out our IP’s unfortunately, is there any way you can lift the restrictions?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 7, 2015 at 9:15 am #515024Hi
No. The hosts server has a policy across the server to only allow access to admin for IP addresses that have been granted access.
Can you not access a VPN where you can give me the static IP details?
Thanks
October 8, 2015 at 11:23 am #515699Hey!
we are lots of moderators living around the globe, so it won’t be possible for all of us to provide you any IP. Let us know when we can access your site.

AndyOctober 8, 2015 at 11:24 am #515700Hi
It will not be possible unless we move the entire site to another host with a weaker security policy. Which we cant do.
October 9, 2015 at 3:26 pm #516505Hey!
Not much we can do then. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with the mobile icon customization.

November 16, 2018 at 6:05 am #1034276Hi samdive,
I can’t see any lists on the page you linked to, are you referring to the timeline element maybe?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 17, 2018 at 1:01 pm #1034722Hi Yes I meant the timeline – sorry could you take a look? Thank you
November 19, 2018 at 6:27 am #1035034Hi,
Thanks for the update, though I can’t see anything apparently wrong with it on mobile. What exactly does super washed out mean?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 19, 2018 at 1:19 pm #1035172it looks as if they are greyed out, none of the colours show up . It’s on on my phone but looks rubbish on my tablet. Have put a screenshot in dropbox – https://www.dropbox.com/s/kxvjud9ffxnunaw/tabletview.jpg?dl=0
November 20, 2018 at 8:13 am #1035464Hi,
Thanks for the info.
The timeline icons are not animating properly. I have added this code on the Quick CSS field to disable the animation for smaller screens.
#top .av-milestone { opacity: 1; } #top .avia-timeline-animate .av-milestone .milestone_icon { opacity: 1; -webkit-transform: scale(1); -ms-transform: scale(1); transform: scale(1); }
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 20, 2018 at 11:41 pm #1035833thank you!
