Hello,
I’m seeing repeated bugs on the Enfold theme when viewed on a mobile device/tablet. I’ve tried both the built-in Safari browser and also the Chrome browser and the problem is identical, and flushed cache on both as well. I think both could be related to “animation effects” on Tabbed Sections (guessing) I will try to describe in detail to be clear.
In TAB ONE – I’m using an image part to display a photo, only the image in the first tab will show up. As soon as you select a different tab, no other images will show up, including if you switch BACK to the first image…it is now gone. In my tabbed section below my homepage slider, you will see an image show up in first tab. Switch to 2nd tab (for example) and there will be no images (should be one on right side) Now switch back to first tab and the image has disappeared completely and can only be seen if you refresh the page.
In TAB THREE I have 3 Icons that should show up. They do on computer screens, but again, on an iPad/iPhone the animation doesn’t take place…you only see the transparent/faded view of the icons but they stay that way and can barely be seen. Usually there is an animation effect where they quickly expand and become brighter – this does not happen on mobile/tablet. I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices and this bug is consistent.
Could you look into this behaviour please? I need to obviously ensure that everything works cross platform. Again, I’ve only experienced this behaviour on mobile devices/tablets.

Thank you for using Enfold.
Is this the same issue as the following thread?

We can’t access the site because the login credentials are not working.
Best regards,
