    I’m trying to use the team member content element but it seems that if I try to add more than 7 words, it causes a 502 server side error:

    Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /about/people/.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at ourserver.co.uk Port 80

    I’ve just counted the number of words but this could be a character limit also.

    OK, bypassed the proxy server and still seeing an error this time ‘page cannot be found’ with Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I’ve spoken to our tech who seems to think this could certainly be a server error but if you have any other thoughts at this stage……….

    Hi!

    I’m sorry but I’m not sure why it causes the error. Have you tried disabling the plugins?

    EDIT: Have you tried upgrading to PHP 5.6.0?

    Guys, this is resolved, updated PHP as per your suggestion and it’s all working as it should now.
