    Hi,
    I’m helping a friend who just bought the latest version of Enfold and came up with a problem when activing it. He has a regular account and license (see below), but please send your advice to me.

    We’ve had problems from the start. Whenever we try to activate it, this is what it says:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/kalankfojh/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home/kalankfojh/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    There seems to be 2 different files events_countdown in 2 different locations. Is that normal? Could that be the problem?

    Hey Patrick,

    You need to delete this file
    themes/2hconsult/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php

    It has moved to its own folder and the update process was not able to delete it.
