    Hi,

    After updating Enfold to 4.2.6 some of the product pages are not working anymore. They will not load and after a while I receive a service unavailable error. I’ve tried the following to solve the issue:

    – Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce
    – Changed to parent theme
    – Cleared cache
    – Cleared WooCommerce transients etc.
    – Copied Enfold again with FTP
    None of the above solved the issue.

    When I change the theme to twentyseventeen the product pages are working just fine. Also when I revert back to Enfold 4.2 the problem is also solved.

    Can this be fixed asap?

    Hey Jaap,

    Thanks for the login details and examples. I might be missing something here but the examples you linked to are loading fine on my end? You have two installations of Enfold, could you try to delete the one you are not using if you are still having problems?

    Hi Rikard,

    Currently an older version of Enfold is active since the customer needs a functional webshop. If you activate the new version 4.2.6 in the backend and try to browse to the mentioned product page you will see it will not load.

    Hi Mike,

    It solves the issue of the product page not loading but it brings another problem. All of the products are out of stock after the code change.
    So I’ve switched back to 4.2.

    Hope this issue will be fixed soon.
