I did not find where to send a bug report, so I’ll write here.
Inspector shows the code in base.css:a { text-decoration: none; outline: 0; max-width:100%; max-width:none\9; }:)

Which version of Enfold are you using? You can edit base.css file in Enfold/css folder and change it as needed.
