On some pages I get the bug that although the correct page is displayed in the backend, I have ended up in the editor for a specific product page.
In other words, I am editing the start page, but Worpress opens a product page in the editor.
The bug does not occur when I change the theme, e.g. to Twenty Twenty-Three.

    Hey Ahlersheinel,

Where and how can we reproduce the problem you are having?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. What happens if you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    checked it, but nothing changed.
Only switching to Twenty Twenty-Three Theme fixed it.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though. Please see screenshot in private. Did you try using a different browser or a private browser window?

    Hi Rikard,
that’s very strange! I have been able to contain the error. It’s the user. It works fine with a new created.

Okay, unfortunately I rejoiced too soon. The problem is back.
This time I also tried with the newly created account, as well with the account, which I created for Support.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I can see the problem on the page in private, I can’t reproduce the problem on a test installation though. Please copy the site to a staging site, so that we can check the problem further there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
we created a public staging site.
For Login credentials please check the private content.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Please share FTP login details as well, so that we can manually deactivate all plugins. The site crashes if one tries to a deactivate more than a couple plugins at a time.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the details, and sorry for the late reply. The FTP details you sent are working, but the WordPress details are not working anymore.

    Best regards,

    HI,
we did not changed any login credentials or something else.
Could you plese check it again.

    #1403174

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve tried to figure out what is going wrong with your site, but I can’t see any reason for it unfortunately. I’ve tried reproducing the problem on a test installation, but it works as expected when I use the permalinks used on your site. Please see private.

I’ve asked the rest of the support team for help as well, but I haven’t had any response so far. If you should need further help, then please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
