It appears that any time there is a page title that is long (perhaps 20 characters or more) which would cause the breadcrum to go off screen – instead breaks the entire page and prevents it from loading.
When this occurs, simply reducing the amount of text in the page title fixes the issue.
As an example, my breadcrumb said “Home / Press / Press Releases / Long title for page was located here and was very long about 40-50 characters long”.
I would have expected it to cut off the title so that it would fit – instead it stopped the page from displaying fully.
