WordPress: 4.0
Enfold: 3.0.2
Google Analytics by Yoast: 5.0.7The magazine element of the ALB doesn’t work properly with Google Analytics by Yoast plugin activated. When Google Analytics by Yoast is deactivated, both the thumbnails and the titles of the posts are clickable. When Google Analytics by Yoast is activated, only the thumbnails are clickable.
Problem occurs with no other plugins activated. Toggling Google Analytics by Yoast on and off again toggles the problem. Problem seems to be intermittent with version 5.0.6 of Google Analytics by Yoast, I haven’t yet figured out any factors that consistently prevent the problem with 5.0.6.
October 22, 2014 at 1:27 am #339299Hi,
Can you post the link to your website with the issue happening so we can have a look?
Regards,
JosueOctober 22, 2014 at 2:21 pm #339472The site is local. Since I’m only using titles on the magazine element it doesn’t work at all due to the problem described above, and I won’t be making the site live until this is resolved or I switch themes.
October 22, 2014 at 4:03 pm #339513I made a test page with a Magazine Element on my sandbox install (WP 4.0, Enfold 3.0.2, Google Analytics by Yoast 5.0.7), you can check it here – http://bit.ly/1CW6f8G

October 22, 2014 at 6:56 pm #339669Thanks for taking a look at this.
I have a default WebMatrix WordPress install that I upgraded to WP4.0 en_GB version. With only Enfold + Yoast versions noted above it’s not working. I don’t know where we go from here. There must be something different between my install and yours. I guess I’ll try it again with a default WebMatrix install not upgraded to en_GB, though it seems highly unlikely that’s the problem.

October 22, 2014 at 7:36 pm #339693We’d need to see the actual issue to work around this issue to be honest, can you upload it to a test environment we could access?
