Hi
I have discovered what I believe is a bug in Enfold but I no longer pay for support as I no longer need it as much.
I don’t believe that I should have to pay to report what I think is a bug.
I have the latest version installed 5.6.12
On one of my web pages I use a “Tab Section” (see url below).
Each Tab Section” has a “Masonry Gallery” which is set in “Pagination” settings to show about 25 images, with a pagination indicator to allow the viewer to see another 25 images etc etc
The first (default) tab, “MARA IN COLOUR” works perfectly
The second tab, “MARA IN B&W” does not.
On this tab, the first 25 images are show but if the viewer clicks/touches, for example, page “2” etc to load more images, the resulting screen is from “MARA IN COLOUR” not page 2 from the “MARA IN B&W” Masonry Gallery.
Please check. If it is a bug, please fix. If it is something I am doing wrong taht can be fixed with support, please let me know.
Tx
IvanThere are 2 tabs. The first tab, MARA IN COLOUR” works fine

Thank you for the inquiry.
This behavior is expected, as the page refreshes when you go to page 2, causing the tab section element to switch back to first or initial tab. There is no direct relationship between the Masonry pagination and the active tab section. Have you tried using the Load More option instead of the bulleted pagination?
Best regards,

It seems strange to me that you say the behaviour is “expected” when in fact it leads to the incorrect images being shown!
I did try “Load More” on the B&W tab only but that also has a bug. You can see the very top of the first “load more” images that have been loaded but when you try and scroll down, the scrolling does not work.
Anyway, I have resolved my issue by using 2 separate web pages and not using the TAB Section.
I really don’t know how you can say it’s not a bug though. It cant be used with a Gallery in each of the tabs unless you show all images in all tabs by defaultApril 3, 2024 at 6:26 am #1439050Hi,
Thank you for the update.

There’s actually no issue with the elements. They function as they should, but you’re expecting the Tab Section to recognize the Masonry pagination. Unfortunately, they are not programmed that way, and as we mentioned before, there is no direct correlation between the active tab section and the active pagination. Once the page refreshes, the tab section will automatically open the initial tab, not the tab where the Masonry element is located or the section where pagination is clicked, which is why you don’t see the images that you’re expecting.
It cant be used with a Gallery in each of the tabs unless you show all images in all tabs by default
Yes, that is correct. Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of the Tab Section element.
Best regards,
