Hi We have have found a bug with the full width easy slider.
If you enable transparent header and have a full width easy slider at the top of the page then the caption doesnt load in consistently.
Sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt.
You can see this on the site in the private comments.
INSTURCTIONS TO RECREATE:
Visit the pages in the private content, browse between them a few times, after the initial pageload the header and button elements stop appearing over the header image. This is an ALB full width easy slider with caption and 2 buttons.
The buttons and caption do not display consistently.March 17, 2025 at 4:39 pm #1479553Following up on this we use WP-Rocket with no special settings. Just caching no file processing etc.
The uncached page shows the caption and buttons
The cached version if you return to the page again does not load them.
March 19, 2025 at 3:17 am #1479685Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We can’t reproduce the same issue on our installation. We noticed that there’s a progress bar that animates when scrolling down the page. What happens when this option is disabled?
Best regards,

Disabling the progress bar makes no difference.
It is when the page is served from cache. It works fine when there is no caching.
As above we have WP-Rocket running without any file processing. Something is preventing cached pages from running the animation.
March 19, 2025 at 10:16 am #1479709I would image you have done a basic check on this function.
The problem does not occur if you click VIEW PAGE from the bar at the top of the page.
But it does if you reload the page or load the page from front end cache when signed out.
Something is preventing the animation on the text running.
I’ve swapped the elements to colour sections with background images instead of full width sliders which has solved the issue.
But this is still a bug present in Enfold.
March 20, 2025 at 3:57 am #1479767Hi,
The caption on the Our Team page displays consistently. On other pages, only the two buttons are displayed, and the av-subheading_below container is not rendered at all, so it’s not an issue with the animation. Have you tried temporarily disabling the JS/CSS compression?
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 20, 2025 at 9:49 am #1479776Hi Ismael,
As per my previous response – I have swapped all of the elements from full width easy slider to background color sections. So the error is no longer present on the site.
When you have transparent header enabled it is not running the animation properly on cached pages with a full width easy slider as the first item.
Not sure of the cause. This is the first site we have encountered this error on.
The client wasnt happy so I found a solution. Not ideal but works.
