Hi,
Ive mentioned this before. This seems to be a bug since i’ve tried it on a clean install without any additional plugins installed and the latest enfold theme:I have set the facebook like widget in the sidebar pages widget area and for some reason it is floating somewhere on my single product page. This happens when i set a related products widget into a color section. Even when i set for that specific product to not use any sidebars. See the url.
Is there a fix coming?

We need to confirm this first before we report it. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for providing the access, I have checked it and it seems you are using an outdated version of Enfold (4.0.7), I would suggest updating it to the latest version 4.2. Also we don’t recommend using ALB on products, just use the default editor. Make sure to do a backup before updating the theme.

NikkoIve just updated to the latest version. Problem is still there.
Also if you don’t want users to use ALB on product pages, then don’t use it in your demos.Ive had better support before.

Yes, I haven’t seen ALB used on any of the demo’s single product pages, you can use ALB, we just don’t recommend it but we won’t be stopping you from using it.
It’s fixed and just to be clear we are just trying to help, I suggested updating Enfold and reporting it as a bug since it’s I could not replicate the issue you have on your site (I used same settings as you have), the main difference between your site and my local server was the version of Enfold.

I apologize but I’m confused, the issue was the facebook likebox showing up in front of the related products section, you have given the link above and I can confirm the issue, and this was already fixed, you can see the screenshot in private content. You should not see that anymore. If you still see the issue, please post a screenshot.

It is fixed now, maybe i had an old cache.
But what exactly did (you) change? I tried the old enfold version and the widget is still gone (problem is fixed).

As mentioned, i downgraded it again to an older version and the problem is still gone/fixed.Again, check the private content box. The extra floating facebook like widget is still there.
It happens when setting the sidebarsettings to ‘no sidebar’.
Apparently the hidden class on the <aside> is not working for the floating FB like box.Can this be Fixed asap??
