Hello,
I’ve noticed a bug with the layout builder option of the theme “Show options items for developers”. This option is checked during our developments and unchecked when the site is online.
If the administrator modifies the block that has a CSS class (not displayed) then this one disappears (go blank) and our CSS layout also at the same time.We have implemented this option but it is less professional for our customers.
I hope this feedback will help you in the development of this very effective theme.

April 18, 2019 at 7:39 am #1092304Hey leplusweb,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
VictoriaApril 18, 2019 at 9:49 am #1092351Hey,
This problem has been found on (at least) two sites. I do not think it comes from the site and plugins in itself but the theme enfold. Take the test on a development environment, do you get the same result as us?
Best regards,April 21, 2019 at 11:16 am #1093025Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Does this happen to some elements only – on ALB pages or non ALB pages?
What’s your Enfold version, WP version and PHP version?I cannot reproduce it on my install. Pls try to figure out what combination of elements?
Thank’s for your assistance.
Best regards,
GünterApril 24, 2019 at 10:22 am #1093911Hello Gunter,
It seems to happens on all the elements.
I did the test on a text element, a column and a gallery element. Each time the class css returns empty.
Enfold is up to date in version 4.5.6.
The wordpress is up to date in version 5.1.1.
Php is not up to date in version 5.6.I found the problem on two distinct sites.
Here is my test procedure:
– add on a page a class css
– Removed the option “Show options items for developers” in the page builder
– Modification of the previously modified element on the page and registration
– Added the option “Show options items for developers” in the page builder
– By returning to the page, the class css is empty. At your disposal as needed.
