Browser throwing google maps issue

Hi,
when i open the admin interface of the wordpresss after uploading the theme on server it shows the following message of
This page was unable to display a Google Maps element. See the Terms of Service for more information: http://www.google.com/intl/en-US_US/help/terms_maps.html.

Is this due to htaccess or any other component which is blocking the script to run?
