Hi,
Something seems to be wrong with the theme on our website. Whatever it is, it is causing troubles when loging in, syncing and the layout isn’t working properly with icons missing (they show correctly backend though). When updating posts and pages it always shows an error messaging, for example “uploading failed” but the page/posts will still update correctly. I can’t tell if it’s one problem or several problems but something is not working correctly. Not sure if the installation went wrong perhaps?
Sorry for a vague description but I would appreciate it if someone could have a look and see what can be wrong.
Thank you,
Victoria

July 6, 2019 at 6:20 am #1116150Hi Victoria,
Thanks for that. Please refer to this to fix the missing icons: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-
About your other problem; that should happen if we update a post or a page?
Best regards,

Basically our remaining three issues are:
– featured image doesn’t show up on blog posts
– when updating or publishing the page shows an error message (publishing failed/ updating failed) but all changes are saved and updated accordingly. This does not apply to Woocommerce which seems to work fine.
– We are having problems logging in. Many times we have to request a reset of the password but then we we go back to the login page it works.-

July 12, 2019 at 5:15 am #1117919Hi,
1. Are you using the Layout Builder to create your posts? If so then that is as expected, when using the Layout Builder for posts everything needs to be added to it manually, including the featured image.
2. What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?
3. That is likely not theme related, how can we reproduce the problem? Logging in worked fine on my end with the details you provided.
Best regards,
Rikard -
