Hello support,
I have a problem…suddenly my website has stopped working…I can access to backend wp, but i cannot access to the frontend…I do not see the enfold theme options on the left hand side menu at wordpress…..I have an enfold child theme installed as well…I have thought about dowloading again the enfold theme, the most updated one…and replace everything on the parent theme via ftp, but i do not know if i will lose any configuration……I saw that wordpress automacally uninstalled 2/3 plugins because it said they didn´t have a valid header…Please can you help me with this?

I can see the front end of your site just fine and it looks like you are running the latest version of the theme, did you manage to get everything working? If not then please try to explain a bit further and post admin login detail in private so that we can have a closer look.

Sorry for my late reply…I finally managed to got it running, uploading manually the theme again,
I thought everything was fine, but, again problems started to arise…Now i see that 3 plugins have been again automatically uninstalled…It seems they don´t have a valid header…
This was the problem that made the last time to drop the website down…Do you have any ideas about how could i solve this? We are not talking about 1 plugin, but 3…The other day were 4/5 plugins the ones that failed, so I guess is something not related to the plugin…
