    Hey Guys,
    I have come across the problem that the editor on the WooCommerce Single Product Page is not working properly anymore.

    The problem is as follows:
    – The editor field is blank
    – The word count is 0
    – I cannot switch between visual/text view
    – The advaned editor bar (to format text, etc…) is not visible
    – When clicking into the editor, the text i have filled in previously is visible

    My WordPress Version is 5.6 and Enfold Version 4.7.6.4.

    I have checked deactivating enfold and I am then able to normally edit the text. So this does not seem to be a plugin related issue, but rather related to the enfold theme itself.

    Please advise what i can do

    Hey SimonJ17,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please describe how to reproduce the problem you are having step by step.

    Hey Rikard,

    thanks for your mail. Please find attached the WordPress Login Credentials.
    You can see/reproduce the problem by simply opening one of the WooCommerce Products in the backend.
    The problem can be seen in the first textbox (Word Count 0; Text box is blank, When selected text is visible).
