I have a table on a page here that has stopped working since the last update, it now just shows the pre-loader (Yellow ball bouncing up steps)

The shortcode for the table is simply [supsystic-tables id=’1′]

The tables were displaying fine before so I have reverted to the previous version of the theme but it would be good to keep everything up to date.
FYI, the tables plugin being used is Data Tables Generator by Supsystic – https://wordpress.org/plugins/data-tables-generator-by-supsystic/

    Thank
    Ben

I also notice that the Masonry Galleries are also not showing – I have a feeling this may be part of a bigger problem.
My site was down completely with the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data01/38/41426038/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php:14) in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data01/38/41426038/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php on line 12

I found the solution that you had given to somebody else so also deleted the suggested file:
It seems the events_countdown.php had been moved into a events_countdown subfolder. When the theme updated, the original events_countdown.php file remained in the root avia-shortcodes directory. I removed this file at: ../wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php and it has resolved this issue.

This brought the site back but with a series of errors as above – no tables displaying, galleries not showing!

I have managed to resolve both of these issues now.

    Hi benq75,

Glad you got it working for you! :)

Do you mind sharing what the issue was? (For the future generations, so to say :) )

If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

I wou7ld love to say that I understand how this resolved but in the end, I just re-updated the theme and it all started working again. I think that it may have had something to do with a backup file being reinstalled on the server and the theme needing updating once again but I really am not 100% sure.

I would, however, like to say that ENFOLD is my go to theme choice and I have purchased this many times now because it is just head and shoulders above the other alternatives out there – both for options, style, and support – great work as always.
