Hi there
I updated to the latest WordPress as well as the latest version of Enfold and the website now displays all the Avia page builder shortcodes and code,
I disabled all the plugins that were not shipped with the theme and they do not appear to be the cause. My dev tools console does not generate any errors but yesterday when I turned debugging on I received tis error:
deprecated: contextual_help is deprecated since version 3.3.0! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab(), get_current_screen()->remove_help_tab() instead.
Since updating the theme, that has disappeared from the WP dashboard but I can still see the beginning of the error message in the page tab and the breakage still persists.
Do you have any suggestions as to the cause of this?
Best

Thanks for that. Please upgrade the account to have admin rights as well, otherwise we can’t do anything on the backend unfortunately.

June 18, 2020 at 12:59 pm #1223682Hey Sheree,
We have already fixed that issue and I cannot see it now. Maybe it was cache related. Only warning I am seeing is “Deprecated: media_buttons_context is deprecated since version 3.5.0! Use media_buttons instead.” which is not related to theme as we are not using “media_buttons_context” hook in Enfold :)

If you go to any page on the site that has text, like the link I have included below, you can see it is very broken. I hace disabled every plugin on the website and the problem still persists
The issue disappears when you change themes
Thanks again

June 18, 2020 at 1:10 pm #1223690Hey,
When I switch to Enfold parent theme, shortcodes load fine as well so I am pretty sure this is related to your modifications in your child theme. Please have a backup and try deleting your modifications one by one. I believe deleting “template-builder.php” file from your child theme might help :)

YigitJune 18, 2020 at 1:33 pm #1223695Hi there
Thank you so much, you’re right, it was the template-builder.php file. I didn’t build the website but it appears the modifications in that file were linked to an old events calendar plugin we no longer use.
You’re a star :)
