Broken links in contact profiles builderr

Hi,
If you look at this page http://www.qriconsulting.com/key-contacts/ you can see profile images which should link to a profile page eg: http://www.qriconsulting.com/Debbie-Whittick/

But the system is adding some strange items to the URL and whatever we try in terms of editing the link the links do not work, eg it links to a page like this: http://www.qriconsulting.com/key-contacts/%E2%80%99/Debbie-Whittick%E2%80%99

Can you please guide us to to what the issue may be?
