Hi,
I have an urgent problem after moving a site to a new domain.I have links leading to the old test site url, this was causing multiple requests and the site was blocked temporarily by my hosts. The site should now be unblocked.
I have tried adding the images again from the media library – should this resolve the problem? or do I need to edit a specific WordPress file?
I’d appreciate help ASAP since the website is now live…
Best regards
November 14, 2017 at 9:21 pm #876791Hey Fionadee,
Did you migrate manually? This can be made much easier using the WP-ALL-IN-ONE Migration plugin. If possible reattempt the migration with that plugin.

Thanks for getting back so quickly.
Yes it was a manual migration. Unfortunately I have made many changes since the migration which was several days ago…
November 14, 2017 at 9:46 pm #876800Hi,
Please attempt to run the plugin if possible. And try and backup your current updates you made.

If the images appear in the media library (showing the correct URL) is one solution to go through the site manually and relink the pictures? Or is it more complex than that?
There aren’t a huge number of images.Otherwise I’ll make a full backup and try the plugin.
Thanks again
