    Hello!
    I am looking for help as I updated my Enfold theme and WP to the latest versions today. (11-20-2014 @ 3pm)
    After the update my sticky menu header now shows a black space above it which is actually a transparent section as you scroll down the page.

    I can’t fix it within any options that I have found. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Paul!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps

    Cheers!

    Deactivated 1 x 1 with refreshes and cache clearing. Deactivated all and reactivated 1 x 1 as well.

    Nothing. I would really appreciate some help as this site is live. Let me know if there is anything else you can think of?

    Yigit!
    I have discovered that it is my Google Analytics script tag that is causing this!!
    Not sure what the change is, but I thought I would let you know in case someone else has the same issue.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this? I need to keep that script in their somehow.

    Hey!

    @twenty1design
    , I see an iframe being inserted right below your body tag which is causing the space. Are you sure you have deactivated all plugins? It’s an iframe related to google ads, not google analytics. Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

    Elliot,
    What permissions do you need?

    All I know is that with ignoring plugins, if I remove the GA script then the space goes away.

    Hi!

    Go ahead and upgrade the login to administrator. I would like to deactivate your plugins while testing.

    Cheers!

    Done

    Hi!

    Yes it looks like your adding a google ads script into the google analytics box as well which is displaying the iframe. Are you wanting to display google ads above your header?

    Elliott

    To be honest I am not sure where that came from. Are you talking about the retargeting bit?
    Thanks for helping me pinpoint it!

    Hi!

    Yes, if your certain it was not you who added it and you do not have any other users then I would consider changing your password.

    Best regards,

    Elliot,

    I tried removing the google ads remarketing code (which I placed there months ago) and it doesn’t fix the issue.
    Only when I remove the analytics code does the header space go away.

    This site has been live since September and never had an issue with analytics code until this latest update.

    I realize you are saying the Google Ads code is the problem, but removing it doesn’t fix the issue.

    Hi!

    Hmm, are you sure? I removed all of the code except the google analytics script that Google gives you and the space went away. I added it back in because it looks important.

    This is the only code that should be in there.

    <script>
      (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
      (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
      m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
      })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

      ga('create', '[your id]', 'auto');
      ga('send', 'pageview');

    </script>

    But specifically, I think it’s the image element at the bottom of the field which is causing the space.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    If I removed them one by one, it was the analytics code. But then I removed all of them and copied them back in one by one and left out the retargeting code only. Now it is fixed!

    Thanks for your time on this!

    *RESOLVED*
