    Hi team,

Can I get help with fonts? I’ve got this element that shows what the text should look like:

    https://prnt.sc/RqyHBhnFOrxF

But it looks like this on the page:

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi guys, can someone pick up this ticket today? Hoping to get back to work on the site today if possible.

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots. Where can we see the actual element on your site? If we need to access the backend, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks Rikard. Please find below the login credentials.

The page with the element is home page backup.

    Hi,
Thank you for the link to your site, if you notice in your screenshot the editor font is different than the preview font, the preview shows what it should look like on your site, while the font in the editor is loaded by the WordPress TinyMCE editor, it is not ment to be a visual depiction of the front end:

If you want to use the font “Georgia” for all of your H2 headings you can choose this in the Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Heading Font
    2022-07-02_015.jpg
or if you only want it in your H2 headings choose it in Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling ▸ H2

After applying the change, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for this guidance. Can you please point me to where this screen is found?

    https://prnt.sc/TwTFiYeOb7kC

My Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Heading Font
    looks like this:

    https://prnt.sc/opoAnmKQCVXI

I’m Missing all the tabs you have. Mine just has Layout and Dimensions. :/

    Got it thank you.

I just now tried changing Heading Font from Default to Aerial to see if how the text appears on the page would change.

    https://prnt.sc/C688a80FnILb

The text always appears like this in all caps no matter what Heading Font I choose. There must be some problem. Can you help?

    Hi,
If you would want this for all H2 heading then make the choice at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling ▸ H2

    Thanks Mike,

I was able to change the font by going into Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling ▸ H2 as you showed here:

    https://prnt.sc/KtkJbk62TSba

But as you can see here, I don’t have the option to not select Uppercase. This is how my Advanced Styling > H2 section looks:

    https://prnt.sc/sdqME2avDdjf

All of the options seen there result in All CAPS like this as you can see on the page now.

    https://prnt.sc/oufNlTTrQ3t8

Can you help me get rid of this All CAPS problem?

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Please check the Text Transform setting, then set it to None.

    Thanks Rikard,

This issue is resolved now. Can you please show me where the defaults for the theme are set? I see Default in many places like this…

    https://prnt.sc/QhE6BaRbsBHF

but I don’t know where these defaults are actually set.

    #1357308

    Hi,

The default values are set in the theme stylesheets, not in the theme options. If you want the default theme styling, then don’t change them under Advanced Styling.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    #1357309

Ok, so the default values are not user accessible. Is that correct?

    #1357316

    Hi,

The default values are what applies if you don’t make any settings yourself.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    #1357967

    Ok thank you.
