When I use a ‘Code Block’ from the Avia Layout Editor to embed an <iframe>, once the page is saved, I can no longer do any editing. The Avia Layout Builder gives me the spinning wheel of death.
The front end will display just fine but there’s no way to edit it.

Could you share the exact code you are using, so that we can try it out on a test installation please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 26, 2021 at 2:36 pm #1318468Good Morning Rickard –
It’s any <iframe> code, even the <iframe> embedding code from a YouTube video. Here’s two examples:
<iframe loading=”lazy” title=”ReStart TV” src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/Xzp_WlZYbZc?feature=oembed” width=”1170″ height=”658″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen”></iframe>
<iframe id=”iFrame1″ class=”cg-class” style=”border-style: none; width: 100%; height: 1400px;” src=”https://www.celectcom.net/channels-only/” name=”cg-name” frameborder=”0″></iframe>
Thank you!
August 27, 2021 at 12:05 pm #1318635Hi wwt247,
I tested your iframe code and it seems to work on my end without causing the issue you mentioned.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

August 31, 2021 at 10:25 pm #1319243I figured this issue out. I needed drag and drop a Grid Row element and then put a Text Block inside the Grid Row with the <iframe> code pasted in the Text Block.
Thank you for looking into this.
